I have practiced both self help hypnosis and meditation. I think both ways are excellent forms of help because they aid in lowering the body's tension and mental stress. Also, psychological research reveals that self help hypnosis and meditation both have similar effects on your system.

Today, many of us live stressful lives with little time for ourselves and our loved ones. Also, the work week is steadily increasing to be well about 40 hours per week. There are various ways to cope with the stresses of life, however, I've found it helpful to take advantage of self help hypnosis and meditation. I think these are excellent ways to clear the mind and relax the body in order to refresh one's perspective on life.
