Anxiety Self Help for Everyone?
Having had problems with anxiety myself, I know it can be a real annoying thing to control. Anxiety isn't always about panic attacks though. Most people are anxious and stressed out and don't even know they have an anxiety problem. Eating disorders, unhealthy obsessions - it doesn't even have to be that extreme. I guarantee that we all have something we can dig into a little deeper and find an anxious issue with.

- One thing that's important is to have a method to relax. You will never get rid of stress in your life because it is not something you control. What you do control, however, is how you respond to stress. It's like building a boat - you don't try to make the water different, you make the boat more sail-able.
- A way you can have good results in your relaxation methods is to be aware of your body. Breathe in, focus on relaxing the muscles in your back and spine, let it all just come out. Whatever picture in your head helps you - that's the one you keep.
- Of all anxiety self help ideas - start reading books. Reading books on self-help and discovery has really helped me out. Check them out at the library - it's free!
