Self Help Hypnosis is the Key to Happiness |

Once I learned how to master self help hypnosis, I was able to control my thoughts no matter what the situation. I originally used self help hypnosis when I used to compete in sports in high school. It worked wonderfully when I could keep my focus on my key thoughts. However, I was young and couldn't always master it. So at times I could control the anxiety but not all the time.
As I grew older, I realized that I was mentally strong and going to choose to be happy all the time. I was going to focus on the donut and not the hole. There are many books , tapes, and videos to help teach self help hypnosis, depression self help, anxiety self help and even alcoholism self help. The thing to understand is that it takes practice like any skill and you must continually feed your mind with positive thoughts and logic. Generally, we only use a small part of our brain; however, we can teach ourselves to use a larger part. Some of the self help hypnosis (or some may even call it positive thinking) resources that I like are The Power of the Sub Conscious, Norman Vincent Peale's Books, and As a Man Think It. These books are ideal to continue to feed your mind and spirit with positive skills so you can master self help hypnosis.
