Continuing where Part Four Left off, here are some more great anxiety self help tips to assist you while seeking a more stress free life. With the pressures of work, finances and family matters, we can all use a few tips on how to relief some stress and anxiety. Here is my next set of suggestions for anxiety self help tips.

Anxiety Self Help Tips No. 1: Go to the batting cage. Sometimes we have so much stress and anxiety built up in us that we just need to work it out. A trip to the local batting cage is a great form of inexpensive therapy to work out our stress. Just keep slamming all your stress into that big swing, and watch it fly away with the ball.

Anxiety Self Help Tips No. 2: Take a scenic hike. If there was ever enough motivation to get out of the house, stress and anxiety should rank number one. So get off your butt and head to a local hiking spot, and clear your mind and thoughts while burning off some stress and calories. You will look and feel better, and your body will thank you for it.

Anxiety Self Help Tips No. 3: Go paint balling with your friends. This tip is for both guys and the girls. Sometimes shooting people with paintballs as you wait for them in ambush can make a lot of us feel much better. It is a great and safe way to work out stress and anxiety while having a lot of fun. Make sure to bring plenty of friends with you so there are more targets to cover with paint.
