Anxiety can zap the very life out of you, to the point you feel totally out of control not knowing which way is up. The sad part is when we are at that low point we tend to give up.

At some point in time we will all suffer from some type of anxiety simply because of life. What has been very helpful to me personally is to prepare beforehand. On a daily basis even, surround yourself with anxiety self help books that are up building to you. By feeding your mind with positive things that make you stronger as a person you build a reserve to pull from when anxiety hits.

Listen to anxiety self help audio over and over. You will be pleasantly surprised what you are capable of retaining from repetition. As part of your anxiety self help preparation, build a belief system that there is no problem that does not have an answer.

Again in order for an anxiety self help prep program to work for you it is important that you are proactive in your preparation. During a bout with anxiety try stopping yourself in your tracks, focus on what you have stored up to snap you out of it.
