We live in stressful times, so it's perfectly normal for people these days to experience some kind of anxiety occasionally. However, if you're experiencing persistent anxiety, then perhaps you need anxiety self help. There is a condition called generalized anxiety disorder or GED, which causes its sufferers to experience persistent worry and tension that is far worse than the occasional situation anxieties that we all suffer from. If you think that you have GED, then you need anxiety self help or maybe self help hypnosis. The main symptom of GED is an exaggerated or baseless feeling of anxiety.
